Kolsen

Kolsen company description

Kolsen is a decentralised group of businesses focused on long-term growth. We partner with established companies, preserving what makes them successful while supporting their future. Our approach is simple: hard work, learning from experience, and thinking in decades—not financial years. Each Kolsen business operates independently to maintain what has made them successful. Each member of our team brings decades of experience and learnings from our mistakes. We are a completely decentralised group - we create rock solid foundations, while leaving the day to day operations to operators who know them best. If you’ve built a successful business, care about your people and wondering where to go next, we’d love to chat. Contact us at enquiry@kolsen.com.au
