McDowell Housing Partners (MHP) is the affordable and workforce housing development arm of McDowell Properties, a national workforce housing investment company that has acquired over 40,000 units across 13 states. Since 2019 MHP has secured competitive funding on thirteen transactions comprising close to 2,000 units.
