Since its inception, the Firm has concentrated in the field of election and campaign finance law. Our clients include candidates for public office, political action committees, ballot issue groups, corporations, labor organizations, lobbyists, public officials, and governmental bodies across Ohio and nationally. We assist clients with compliance with federal and state campaign finance and election laws, local and statewide ballot initiatives and referenda, voting rights, and all other matters involving elections and participation in the political process. We have represented clients in numerous election-related cases before federal and state trial and appellate courts, and before federal and state administrative agencies.
