Merit Professional Coatings is a commercial painting and waterproofing subcontractor, with locations in Tampa, FL, Houston, TX, and Boise Idaho. We work for the very best General Contractors on commercial new construction projects. We have extensive experience with sports arenas, airports, hospitals, schools, high rise condominiums, 4 and 5 star luxury hotels, and office buildings just to name a handful of the types of projects we do. In addition to painting we perform waterproofing and intumescent coatings. We also have a franchising program for people who would like to join the Merit family and open offices in new locations.
