Metrico pioneered the use of quantitative user experience measurements to assure the successful launch of new mobile devices and services. Metrico invented a new class of products and services for evaluating the user experience of voice, video and data services on any off-the-shelf, unmodified device. Metrico was acquired by Spirent Communications in 2012 and former Metrico solutions including Fit4Launch are currently part of Spirent's Service Assurance solution suite.
