Mindtree Collective

Mindtree Collective company description

Mindtree Collective is a specialist behaviour support and psychology service supporting children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs. Our practitioners are experienced in working with complexity, including behaviours of concern, trauma, neurodivergence, psychosocial disability, cognitive impairment, attachment disruption, emotional dysregulation and system breakdown across home, school, supported accommodation and community environments. We believe high-quality behaviour support goes beyond behaviour reduction alone. Effective support requires understanding the person within their developmental, relational, sensory, emotional and environmental context. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, neuroaffirming and rights-based practice, with a strong focus on improving safety, regulation, connection, autonomy, participation and quality of life. Mindtree Collective is recognised for sophisticated formulation-driven practice, strong clinical governance and practitioner capability development. We integrate contemporary evidence, reflective practice and systemic thinking to support sustainable outcomes for participants, families, support teams and organisations. Our team values humanity, integrity, innovation and genuine collaboration. We work closely with participants, families, schools, providers and multidisciplinary teams to create practical, meaningful and sustainable support strategies that build capacity over time. At Mindtree, we believe behaviour support should not simply manage risk — it should help people live meaningful lives, strengthen relationships and create environments where people can safely thrive.
