Momentum Staffing Group company description

Momentum Staffing Group is a boutique recruiting organization that partners with high-potential drug development companies and provides them with top talent from the scientific industry. Located in Fulton Market, Chicago, we are committed to bridging the gap between local talent and emerging life science hubs. We are passionate about driving transformative therapies to fruition through talent acquisition and collaboration. Our team of recruiters hold a deep understanding of market dynamics and technical expertise, enabling us to break through recruiting roadblocks. We offer Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire solutions that range from Research Technicians through Principal Scientists. We specialize in working with companies that are actively looking for candidates with technical scientific backgrounds. Early-stage companies have unique needs and challenges, which is why we take the time to learn about our clients' platforms and business objectives from the outset. This enables us to start building a qualified candidate pool that aligns with their vision and goals, and supports their success from the very beginning.
