Monfort Companies is a fifth-generation Colorado family office and operating platform, investing in and developing commercial real estate projects, operating businesses, and strategic partnerships that create long-term value across the Rocky Mountain region and beyond. In 2024, the Monfort family launched Monfort Investment Corp (MIC), an independent investment manager built to bring institutional infrastructure and a dedicated capital formation team to a new generation of LP partnerships. MIC pursues opportunities across real estate, private equity, energy, and entertainment through two channels: MIC-Proprietary, which is internally directed, and MIC-Partnered, which brings institutional operators together as co-GP partners. MIC operates through a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer relationship with North Capital Private Securities Corporation (NCPS).
