As a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), we partner with Credit Unions to serve their members—and our own—by delivering thoughtful, people first mortgage solutions. Founded over 35 years ago with a single employee inside a Credit Union, we’ve grown to a team of 120+ mortgage professionals serving communities across multiple states. Southfield, Michigan has been our home from [DS1.1]the earliest days, and our roots in the Credit Union movement continue to shape how we lend. We’re a direct lender and service most loans for the life of the mortgage—because long term trust matters. We keep the process close to home, with no handoffs to unfamiliar call centers and a team that members can rely on throughout. From experienced loan officers through closing and servicing, our in house team guides members every step of the way with clarity, consistency, and care. Our product offerings span conventional, government, construction, and home equity loans—along with Credit Union exclusive programs designed to meet members where they are and support long term financial well being.
