MyClaimPics provides mobile web applications that guides customers through their smart phones with an easy-to-follow process on pictures to take when they have a claim. When the customer concludes taking pictures, MyClaimPics assembles a PDF with all the pictures and metadata that can either be sent back to your adjuster or sent to the MyClaimPics estimate writing team. This provides you with options either you write the estimate or the MCP team does.
