The National Water Company (NWC) a Saudi joint stock company fully owned by the Saudi Government (ie the Public Investment Fund), was established to provide water and wastewater treatment services to best international standards. This is achieved through a model of private sector participation, with leading international operators under the supervision of Saudi professionals.
