Formed in 2000, Olympus Ventures LLC (“Olympus”) is a Minnesota limited liability company that serves as the Family Office and private investment company of Richard M. Schulze. Olympus’ investment platform consists of commercial real estate, public and private equities and alternative investments. Olympus and its affiliates operate a significant and diverse commercial real estate portfolio of predominantly industrial, healthcare and multi-family properties. Olympus also provides office support for the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation.
