During this period, Omni has acquired, rehabilitated or built 80 properties totaling over 17,000 units of affordable housing with an aggregate transaction amount of approximately $3 billion dollars. That’s why Omni partners with local community and neighborhood organizations to provide vital social services including after school programs for children, skills training seminars and adult education classes.
