Paydeer Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fintech company based in Jaipur. We run banking transactions at retail counters — the shop in your village or neighbourhood that also handles cash withdrawal, money transfer and bill payments. Four services do most of our volume. AEPS. Cash withdrawal and balance enquiry using Aadhaar and a fingerprint. No card, no PIN, no smartphone. DMT. Domestic money transfer, largely migrant workers sending money home, with sender KYC completed at the counter under RBI's revised framework. BBPS. Electricity, water, gas, LPG, DTH, broadband, insurance premiums and loan EMIs. Micro ATM. Card-based withdrawal, deposit and mini statement on a handheld device. Behind the counters we run our own switch and settlement platform, and we can connect a partner bank's core system to the network over APIs. We are a Business Correspondent registered with NPCI, working with a sponsor bank. The company started in 2021 and is recognised under Startup India (DIPP30736). One thing about 2026. RBI's due diligence rules for AePS Touchpoint Operators came into force on 1 January. Every operator now needs full KYC, periodic re-KYC and continuous monitoring. Any operator with no transactions for three months is treated as inactive and has to be verified again before transacting. The acquiring bank carries that responsibility, and in practice it lands on the network operator. We think the rules are overdue, and we have built for them. Onboarding, KYC records, activity monitoring and reactivation run as a daily operations function here, not a form filled once at signup. A bank partnering with us is not inheriting an unverified retailer list.
