We are one of the UK’s leading independent mobile retailers, offering our customers market-leading choice and value with multiple networks and smartphone brands. With over 700 stores on the UK high street, including over 100 new openings in 2012 alone, we’ve been providing great service to our customers since 1996 and have won the Mobile Industry’s ‘Best High Street Retailer’ Award for the past two years. As part of an exclusive partnership with Dixons Retail that began in 2010, we have 160 store-in-stores in Currys/PC World, of which 57 opened in 2012. This retail scope has allowed us to forge strong relationships with handset manufacturers across the globe, as well as with the UK’s largest network operators. We are also one of The Guardian’s ‘Britain’s Top Employers’, because we invest a great deal in our people. We devoted £2.5 million to the training and development of our people in the past year alone, and 77% had completed a Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship by the end of 2012.
