The Planning Authority will provide a better quality of life through a sustainable land use planning system. The environmental arm, now an entity in its own right, will be better involved planning process. The new Planning Authority will roll out a series of initiatives that will simplify the planning application process and procedures, ensuring more efficiency and timeliness. We now have an Independent appeal and review process to ensure integrity and fairness and transparency across all operations.
