Pride Houston

Pride Houston company description

Pride Houston® 365 is about people. Our people. Our community. For nearly five decades, Houston's LGBTQIA+ community has come together through Pride to celebrate how far we've come, stand together through the challenges we've faced, and keep pushing toward the future we deserve. We have come a long way. But there is still work to do. That is why our work continues long after the parade ends. Throughout the year, we create spaces where people can connect, find resources, have difficult and necessary conversations, support one another, and simply experience the joy of being exactly who they are. We also know there is no single LGBTQIA+ experience. Our community crosses race, culture, gender, age, identity and background. Every one of those voices deserves to be heard, and every person deserves to feel that Pride belongs to them. We celebrate loudly because there is so much worth celebrating. We keep working because there is still so much worth fighting for. Come as you are. There is a place for you here. Pride Houston® 365 — our community, all year long.
