Ramsey Portia

Ramsey Portia company description

Ramsey Portia is a specialist financial services recruitment firm headquartered in London, with presence across the UK, Europe, and North America. Founded in 2013, we connect exceptional talent with leading organisations across investment management, private capital and aligned industry. With a combined thirty years of sector experience, our team brings genuine market depth to every search — whether that's a board-level appointment, a strategic hire, or an interim solution. We work differently. By focusing exclusively on financial services and taking on a select number of mandates at any one time, every search receives the full weight of our expertise, networks, and energy. We go beyond the brief — taking time to understand our clients' culture, ambitions, and what a truly successful hire looks like before a single conversation begins. The result is placements that last, partnerships built on trust, and a reputation for delivering outcomes that consistently exceed expectations.
