RCN Colombia News was the first english language newscast ever produced in the country for an english speaking audience. It was started in July 2008 by RCN Television in Bogota and aired on TV Colombia and online. In 2010, Colombia News was absorbed by NTN24, RCN's all-news channel and rebranded at NTN24 in English.
