Rosedale Livery was founded in 1981 by Douglas McCutcheon with six vehicles and a commitment to customer service. Today, Rosedale Livery is the largest operator of livery limousines in Canada, with a fleet of 70+ vehicles. The formula for our success is simple; we know what a client expects from a chauffeur ground service. We have therefore built an organization dedicated to meeting or exceeding those expectations, each and every time that client does business with Rosedale Livery. As the company approaches its 31st anniversary, Rosedale Liverys current President, and Dougs son, Craig McCutcheon, continues the companys dedication to service excellence as he leads the company into the future. Craig is an industry leader. He currently serves as a director of the Ontario Limousine Owners Association, and has recently served as the Canadian representative on the board of the National Limousine Association. Today, this combination of industry leadership, experienced management, well-trained professional staff and cutting edge technologies, ensures that Rosedale Livery is delivering services that extend far beyond just a ride. We know that the customer experience begins with their first call to our Reservations Centre; continues with a professional chauffeur driving an immaculate vehicle; and concludes with accurate and timely reporting.
