Shiboomi is an international strategy consulting, corporate development consulting, business development, & management consulting firm founded in 2003. Shiboomi’s mission is to offer comprehensive services to help companies and organizations navigate critical points in their development cycles. In this capacity, Shiboomi specializes in the creation and execution of strategic growth opportunities including developing and executing strategic partnerships and market penetration and expansion programs, new market strategies, and other business development programs for our clients. Shiboomi also specializes in leadership consulting & strategy development at times of corporate change, transition, and/or crisis. Over the past 16 years, Shiboomi has built a team of seasoned, high-level executives- all of whom have over 20 years of top-level experience and leadership in their fields as well as a strong network of corporate partners to best serve the needs of our clients. This team covers a broad range of sectors in strategic geographic locations around the globe. Shiboomi has also developed a China program network of team members and partners to assist Western companies with novel technologies in select fields to find appropriate and strong strategic partners in China. In addition to executing projects on behalf of our clients, the Shiboomi team has also developed and built its own projects and companies in select sectors over the years.
