Silver Peak Capital

Silver Peak Capital company description

Silver Peak Capital is a family equity partnership with investments and operations across Canada. We specialize in family businesses like ours and are dedicated to partnering with strong companies. Creatively assisting founders, entrepreneurs and family businesses with ownership succession, liquidity, estate-planning, deleveraging, investment capital and growth equity. Our personal experiences with rapid growth, evolution and the eventual succession process across various family business models, adds an important dimension to our work. We help founder’s businesses flourish beyond their tenure. Silver Peak also provides financing and makes investments in other privately held firms or divisions of public market companies looking to divest of operations. As we are distinct from public market and private equity we are able to provide unique solutions unavailable otherwise, specifically in areas of alignment of interests, organizational consistency, and confidentiality. In contrast to these traditional investment companies, our investment approach is financially balanced and long-term while preserving the legacy and role of the founder and respecting the importance of the existing management team and culture.
