Solcom

Solcom company description

Know-how drives project success. Since 1994, SOLCOM has been connecting companies with freelance experts in IT and engineering. With a pool of more than 135,000 vetted experts and over 2,000 successfully staffed projects in the past year alone, we offer the reliability companies need when projects matter most. When you need expertise for your project, we do not send you a flood of profiles. Instead, we provide a carefully selected shortlist tailored to your specific requirements. Every profile goes through a four-step review process before it is submitted. Your dedicated Account Manager supports you from the initial request through to project completion. SOLCOM combines fast project staffing with a clear focus on legal certainty. This is backed by our own compliance department, a 20-person legal team, and DIN ISO 9001 certification. SOLCOM is headquartered in Reutlingen. From there, and from additional locations across Germany as well as Vienna and Zurich, we support companies in staffing IT and engineering projects. As an employer, SOLCOM is equally committed to helping people grow. You can find current career opportunities on our careers page.
