SRM Recruitment

SRM Recruitment company description

SRM Recruitment is a trusted specialist recruitment consultancy delivering on permanent and interim assignments in London, the South East and internationally. We established SRM to counter the recruitment industry’s increasing focus on process rather than people. Our belief has always been to listen and collaborate with clients and candidates; building trust so you have confidence in our delivery. Our aim is to offer a real recruitment service where each search is tailor-made to you and your requirements, using the most relevant candidate sourcing tools available. Whereas the industry has become short term sales focused, our clients like that we take time to get to know them and their business. We offer a level of service that’s unmatched by the larger recruitment consultancies and is more akin to an executive search approach. If you would like to discuss your next career opportunity or you are a company looking to recruit highly skilled professionals, then please call us on + 44 (0) 20 3637 7808
