The Bayou Southern Kitchen and Bar opened in March of 2014 as a fine dining experience disguised as a casual Southern restaurant. Restaurateurs Cristian Duarte, Jerry Straub & Mo Taylor have brought a blend of traditional southern flavors and modern American cooking to create a unique take on Nola soul food.
