'The guild'​ is an association of like-minded legal practitioners, who have come together with an intent to render their respective specialized legal services to clients, as well as to develop an independent vertical of counsel practice. It is a multidisciplinary law firm, which evolved from the merger of practices of its partners and key associates drawing experience from leading law firms. Equipped with the experience of various law firms and independent counsel practice, a need for collaboration was felt, where the two disciplines could be merged, while retaining their independence. The structure and framework followed is different than the traditional law firms. While operating as a law firm, we retain services of experienced independent counsels, so that clients have a single window for their matters and are not left to engage two different entities for the same brief. This amalgamation of professional legal services is 'the guild'​.
