The company was founded in 2015 and operates as a subsidiary of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited. In December 2017, The QSR of Asia Company Limited, a subsidiary of FOA, has sealed its deal with YUM Restaurants International (Thailand) Co. Ltd. to acquire 250+ KFC outlets from a total 600 outlets across Thailand. The KFC brand has been the number one quick service restaurant brand in Thailand measured by brand share and number of outlets. KFC has been in Thailand for more than 30 years, with the fastest pace of store growth in the last five years.
