Toba Projects

Toba Projects company description

TOBA Projects is a specialist project management consultancy partnering with clients in New Zealand’s energy and infrastructure sectors. We’re a plain-speaking, people-first team that values transparency, credibility and doing what we say we’ll do. We understand the industry and bring a strong technical focus, bridging the gap between engineering and delivery so clients get the best outcomes for their capital spend. We deliver complex projects with confidence and clarity, from project conception and feasibility, including technical advisory such as grid connection and energy procurement, through to project delivery and governance, as well as formal roles as Engineer to Contract, Independent Certifier and Contract Administrator. We clarify contractual obligations, address risk early and keep conversations constructive by focusing on practical, outcome-focused solutions. Whether we are working alongside your team as an adviser, acting in a formal role under contract or supporting delivery day-to-day, our focus is simple - doing good work with good people, and supporting projects and teams to succeed.
