Tribus company description

At Tribus, we specialise in connecting high-calibre technology professionals with forward-thinking organisations. We work with leading trading and investment firms across APAC, providing specialist recruitment for trading and financial technology roles where performance and confidentiality are critical. Our clients range from early-stage teams through to global trading organisations, with APAC as a key region for hiring and expansion. We work closely with quantitative hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, high-frequency trading businesses, and crypto trading companies. We also support fintech and product-led financial technology businesses operating in regulated or performance-sensitive environments. Many of the firms we partner with are building or scaling teams across Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Chicago and New York, with APAC at the centre of their growth strategy. Partner with Tribus for strategic recruitment solutions backed by expertise, industry knowledge, and an unparalleled network.
