Warrikal company description

Warrikal is a dynamic, majority Aboriginal-owned and operated business that has emerged as a formidable force in the resources and minerals sector of Western Australia, with a particular stronghold in the Pilbara region. Founded in 2016, Warrikal established itself as a leading provider of maintenance, shutdown, and specialised project services across the mining and construction industries. Starting with a small workforce, Warrikal now employs over 1,400 personnel working on client operations across the State, approximately 45% of the Company's active workforce capacity. It is now one of Australia’s largest Indigenous businesses operating in the mining services sector. At its core, Warrikal is a specialist provider of large-scale maintenance and construction projects, with a primary focus on shutdown and maintenance services. This specialisation has allowed Warrikal to develop deep expertise in a critical area of the mining industry, where efficiency and reliability are paramount. Our experience includes multi-year agreements with leading mining operators, providing systematic, integrated, and client-focused mechanical maintenance, and shutdown solutions. These projects, achieved in tight schedules and in challenging conditions, have cemented Warrikal’s reputation as a trusted and efficient service provider in the resources sector.
