Facade Access | Supported by our in-house engineering and drafting services, AS Services have a comprehensive full range of facade and atrium access solutions for new construction projects. Maintenance Contracting | With trained technicians on staff, AS Services are able to provide on-site welding, general fabrication and electrical contracting, as well as height access work like gutter cleaning. Inspection & Servicing | AS Services inspect and maintain building maintenance and fall protection systems, from routine and annual inspections through to major rebuilds, upgrades and replacements.
