Sea Talk Systems was established in 1997 by the Chairman, Leon Crouch, who has a wealth of experience in the manufacture of repeaters and cable joints for the Undersea Telecommunications Industry, having worked with Alcatel, AT&T, STC, Cable & Wireless Marine, BT Marine, Pirelli, KDDI and now the UJ Consortium; Alcatel Submarine Networks, Global Marine, KCS and SubCom.
