This strategy shortens the investment's duration risk to circa 2 years, whilst providing a defined exit strategy for our investors. * BaseCap targets Project Profit Margins at the project's outset, and is thereby not reliant on rental income or the appreciation of property asset prices over time to generate investor returns. * As a guide, our completed Land Subdivision projects are valued at A$60M, with minimum Investor amounts of $50K. * BaseCap co-invests its own equity capital in each project alongside Investors. * BaseCap Directors guarantee the projects land and construction debt, not our Investors.
