We carry out Fire risk assessments for all types of premises, from Communal areas of flats for Landlords, Retail units, Care homes and supported living to warehouses and offices. Anywhere that is open to the public or has employees/tenants. A qualified inspector visits and assesses all relevant areas of your property, takes notes and photos, then provides a comprehensive report for the Responsible person, with recommendations and guidance. We also provide a Logbook, Fire Safety Policy and Emergency Plan and where required, Free Basic online Fire safety training for employees, all included. We can also provide on site Fire Warden Training (as a separate booking). We don't sell or service Fire safety equipment, so provide an independent and impartial report, giving peace of mind that the recommendations are genuine requirements. Our office team is both knowledgeable and friendly. We all enjoy our job and are happy to help in any way we can. Keeping you safe and informed is our priority. The assessors are from a variety of backgrounds, many of them have worked in the Fire Service, they are all highly qualified. They are very approachable and as with the office staff, they're happy to help with any concerns or talk through any queries.
