Don't share your login. Invite the person to your workspace instead: it is free, and there is no limit on how many teammates you add.
Everyone in the workspace shares the plan you pay for, its credits and its lists of people and companies. Each teammate signs in with their own email and password, so you can see who spent what on the Usage page. As the admin, you invite and remove members in Settings > Team. See Invite your team.
