What are phone credits, and how do they work?
Phone number credit - is a payment unit that you can use to search for phone numbers of specific contacts. 1 phone credit = 1 phone number.
Phone number credits are separate add-ons towards paid plans and are completely independent of the email search and email verification limits of your plan.
Furthermore, they are a separate payment segment from your plan, and they can be purchased only on a monthly basis.
If you have a yearly plan, you would have to buy phone credits separately, and there will be an automatic monthly renewal for them, independently of your yearly plan.
You can purchase phone credits with gaps of 150 numbers up to 1500 phone numbers per month. This means that your payment options are 150,300,450,600,750,900,1050,1200,1350 and 1500 credits. If you need more than 1500 credits per month, please reach out to support.
You can purchase phone credits only in addition to a paid subscription plan. Every plan includes 5 free phone credits.
How to buy phone credits?
Firstly, you would need to go to the Plan and Billing section of your account settings.
There, near your current plan, regardless if it's a Free or paid plan, you should press the Change Plan button - 
After that, on the Choose Your Plan page, you will see plans available for purchase. Right under plans, you can see the separate window for phone credits with the slider that allows you to choose the number of phone credits per month. Move the slider by dragging it toward the number of phone credits that you prefer. 
As we can see from the example displayed in the image, we have chosen the Starter plan, which costs 49$, and 150 Phone credits for the price of 49$. This is why in the summary, we have 98$. On the invoice Starter plan and Phone, credits will be reflected as 2 separate payment elements.
Press Subscribe.
After the successful purchase, you will be able to perform phone searches.
And phone credits will be reflected as a separate limit in your profile's plan -
Increasing the number of phone credits
If you want to increase the number of phone credits that you have, you can do that by purchasing the additional amount right away. And it will change the number of phone credits for future billing periods as well.
Just like with the initial purchase, you would need to go to the Plan and Billing section of your account settings and press the Change Plan button.
In this example, we have the Starter plan and 300 phone credits. And we want to change it to 450. 
We drag the slider towards 450 or click on the number. Once you do that, you will see the change in the summary.
In the summary, you can see 2 separate sections.
Per month indicates the total monthly charge that you will have at the end of each billing period. The image shows that the Starter plan and 450 Phone number credits will cost 196$ per month.
Due today indicates the amount that is required to pay right now to apply the changes that you select. The image shows that in order to increase your phone number credits from 300 to 450, you need to pay 49$ now.
Once you have made your choice, you can press the Confirm button and perform the payment.
Decreasing the amount of phone number credits
You can decrease the amount of phone number credits for your next monthly billing period(s) in the account settings.
Just like with the initial purchase, you would need to go to the Plan and Billing section of your account settings and press the Change Plan button.
For example, we have the Starter plan with 450 phone number credits, and we want to change their amount to 300. For that, you need to drag the slider to the left or click on 300.
Once you do that, you will see that the price Per month will change. This change will be applied to your next billing period. You can press the Confirm button to apply the change.
Canceling phone number credits
Just like with canceling your plan, you can cancel the phone number credits for your next billing period and use the credits that you have now till the end of your billing period.
Firstly, you would need to go to the Plan and Billing section of your account settings and press the Change Plan button.
On the Choose Your Plan page, you would need to move the Slider to the left end, to the number 5.
Once you do that, you will see that the Per month price will change to the amount that is equal to the price paid that you chose. After pressing Confirm and applying the change, you will not be charged for phone number credits in your next billing period until the new purchase.
