Yes, on monthly paid plans. When your plan renews, unused credits carry over to the next period. The carry-over is capped at your plan's monthly allowance and lasts one period only.
| Monthly plan renews, or you click Renew now | Unused credits, up to the plan's monthly allowance |
| You upgrade to a bigger plan | All unused credits |
| You downgrade on a monthly plan | Unused credits, up to the new plan's monthly allowance |
| Yearly plan | Nothing |
| Free plan | Nothing |
| You cancel and move to Free | Nothing: unused plan credits expire at the end of the period |
| Purchased top-ups (Extra credits) | Kept while your workspace is active, subject to our Terms of Service |
Example: you are on Growth 5K and have 3,000 email credits left when the plan renews. You start the new period with 5,000 + 3,000 = 8,000. The 3,000 carried over are gone at the next renewal if you do not use them. If you had 7,000 left, only 5,000 would carry over.
The same rule applies to each balance separately: email, verification and paid phone credits.
FAQ
My rolled-over credits are missing after a renewal. What happened?
Check the plan type first: yearly plans and the Free plan carry nothing over. If you were on a monthly paid plan, contact support through chat and we will check your balance.
