Your wallet: plan credit, top-ups and auto top-up

Table of content

Phone numbers and email verifications are now paid from your workspace wallet, a balance in US dollars shared by your whole team. Emails still use your plan's email credits. Find the wallet on Settings > Subscription.

What it costs

  • Phone number: $0.12 per number found. Nothing is charged when none is found.
  • Email verification: $0.80 per 1,000 emails checked ($0.0008 each). A single check is free when the result is accept-all or unknown.
  • The app shows the price before you start. Current prices are on the Pricing page. Prices exclude tax and may change.

Where the money comes from

  • Plan credit: every plan payment adds 20% of what you paid to your wallet, rounded up to the whole dollar. A $49 plan adds $10, a $99 plan $20 and a $199 plan $40. Yearly plans add 20% of the yearly payment when you pay.
  • Top-ups: add money any time. Top-ups never expire, and they stay when your plan renews, changes or is cancelled.
  • Granted amounts: a Free workspace gets a one-time $1 to try phones and verifications.

Top-up bonuses:

$50None$50
$100+20%$120
$250+30%$325
$500+40%$700
$1,000+50%$1,500

What is spent first

  1. Plan credit.
  2. Granted amounts.
  3. Top-ups, last.

Steps

Top up

  1. Open Settings > Subscription and click Top up in the Wallet section.
  2. Pick an amount in the Top up wallet dialog and click Pay.

Only the workspace admin can top up. Any member can spend from the wallet.

Turn on auto top-up

  1. On Settings > Subscription, turn on Auto top-up.
  2. Choose When below and the amount to Add, set a Monthly limit and click Save.

Auto top-up needs a saved card and never charges more than the amount you chose. If the card is declined, it turns off and the app shows Update card.

When the wallet runs short

  • A reveal or a verification does not start. The app shows "Not enough in your wallet." with Top up.
  • Bulk phone lookups (Enrich mobiles, CSV enrichment) keep going and skip phones for the remaining rows once the wallet is empty.
  • With auto top-up on, the wallet is topped up first and the action runs.

FAQ

What happened to my phone and verification credits?

Packs you had bought became top-ups in your wallet at the new prices. Phones and verifications that came with your plan were not converted: each plan payment now adds plan credit instead.

On launch day, a paid plan also got plan credit for its current period: 20% of that payment, rounded up to the whole dollar. On a yearly plan it was first scaled to the whole months left: with 6 months left, half of the 20%.

Does unused plan credit carry over?

Yes, like email credits. See Do unused credits roll over?

Can the wallet pay for emails or my plan?

No. It pays only for phone numbers and email verifications.

Where do I see what the wallet was spent on?

In the Wallet section on Settings > Subscription, and on the Usage page.
