Table of content
When a balance hits zero you do not have to wait for your renewal date. You can start a new period now, move to a bigger plan, or buy a one-time verification or phone pack (there are no email top-ups). All of it lives in Settings > Subscription.
Before you begin
- Only the workspace admin can buy credits or change the plan. Members see "Admin access required".
- There are no email credit top-ups. For more email credits, renew now or upgrade.
What you see when you run out
- Reveal email and Reveal mobile show Out of credits in the table.
- Add to list and Export show the cost and stay disabled when it is more than your balance.
- The credits button in the top bar turns red.
- In the extension: "Your workspace is out of credits" with Upgrade plan.
Steps
Get more email credits: Renew now
Open Settings > Subscription.
Under Subscription status, click Renew now.
Check the order in the Checkout dialog and pay.
You pay the plan's price again and a new period starts today, with a full set of credits. Unused credits roll over, capped at the plan's monthly allowance. Renew now replaces the old Reset button. It is for paid plans; on a yearly plan it starts a new year, and yearly plans carry no credits over.
Get more email credits: upgrade
Click Change plan at the top of the page and pick a bigger plan. All unused credits carry over. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Buy verification or phone credits once
On Settings > Subscription, find Extra credits.
Click Buy verifications or Buy phone numbers.
Pick a package and pay.
Top-ups are paid once and stay while your workspace is active, even when your plan renews or you cancel.
On the Free plan
Your 50 email credits come back 30 days after the last renewal. To get more now, click See plans and buy a plan. See Free plan, reset date and the Limited plan.
FAQ
Can I buy only the email credits I need, like 3,000?
Not as a top-up. Pick the plan that fits, renew now, or ask for a custom plan through Contact us on the Plans page.
Where did the Reset button go?
It is now Renew now, in the same place.
Can I buy phone credits without a paid plan?
Yes. Buy phone numbers under Extra credits works on any plan.
