Because we deliver only addresses that passed verification, bounce rates are typically low. Results depend on your list and sending setup.
- Only verified emails are delivered. Emails from GetProspect passed our verification when last checked. The database does not hand out accept-all or unverified addresses. Verification lowers bounce risk but can't guarantee delivery.
- Emails are re-verified regularly, which helps keep the bounce rate low as people change jobs.
- No data provider has 100% coverage. Some people have no email in the database, usually because their company's email format cannot be confirmed or the address did not pass verification.
When a person has no email
You are not charged: revealing an email that is not found is free. To work only with people who have an email, open People, expand the Contact Details filter and tick Email found. People without an email can still be saved to a list for free.
