Why some contacts have no email

Not every person in the database has a verified work email. GetProspect delivers only emails that passed our verification, so when we cannot confirm an address, we show none rather than a guess.

What you see. In the results table, a dash in the Email column means we hold no verified email for that person. In the profile panel, the line reads No email. There is no Reveal email button for these people, so you cannot spend a credit on them by mistake.

Show only people with an email. In People search, tick Contact Details > Email found. The filter summary shows it as Work email: valid found. You can also sort by Email available.

Not found and Not checked. Both mean we hold no email: either we looked and found none, or the address was never checked. Both show the same dash, and neither costs anything.

Saving people without an email is free. Add to list charges only for valid emails you do not own yet. If you know the address, open the person's panel and use Add email next to No email. That saves the person and their email in your workspace.

The database is refreshed regularly, so an email can appear later. Once a person is saved, an email found for them later is free.
