GetProspect is a B2B database of people and companies. Search and reveal read from it. Find email and CSV enrichment can also generate and verify an address for people who are not in the database. Results are not added to our database. The Chrome extension reads the profile links and company names shown on the page you have open and sends them to GetProspect to find matching records.
Where the data comes from
- Profiles (name, job title, employer, location, profile link) come from publicly available professional sources and licensed B2B data providers. Public sources include company websites, public professional profiles, company registries, business directories and press publications.
- Business emails are not bought from anyone. We generate them from the person's name and their employer's email format (for example ), then verify that the address can receive email. No email is sent to the person during verification. Only addresses that passed our verification are delivered to you. Verification lowers bounce risk but can't guarantee delivery.
- Mobile numbers are not collected from public web pages. When you reveal a mobile, it comes from licensed data providers for that specific profile.
We do not use data from breaches or leaked datasets. Files and lists you upload for enrichment are not added to the database.
How fresh it is
- The database is refreshed regularly. A job change can take a few months to appear.
- Emails are re-verified regularly.
- In the person panel, hover the icon next to an email to see when it was last verified, for example Verified - 19 Sep.
Report wrong data
If an email bounces, a person has left the company, or a profile link is broken, tell us in chat (the Chat with support icon in the top bar). Send the person's LinkedIn URL or email and what is wrong. Examples help us fix the record for everyone.

Someone told me they left the company months ago. Why does GetProspect still show the old job?
A job change can take a few months to appear. Report the person in chat and we will look at the record.
