Installing the Google Sheets add-on.

Google Sheet email finder extension helps you find and enrich contacts from a list effortlessly, without having to upload them separately into the platform.

1. Install the add-on for Google Chrome by following the link below:

https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/email_finder/908520604651

2. In Google Spreadsheets, open up the Add-on by clicking the Extensions tab in Google sheets, choosing the email finder, and clicking on the Open option in the pop-up menu.

Search the leads.

1. In the add-on, select the Search tab.

2. Match the columns in the spreadsheet with the corresponding fields in the add-on. You can search by company, position, or location. For instance, in the example below, we match the company name with the column that contains it in the file.

3. Choose the number of leads per company and the overall number of leads from search. For that, fill in the Leads per company and Maximum leads to save fields.

- the Only contacts with emails option will only save leads that have email addresses

- the My table has headers option helps the system ignore the column name during the search if you have headers in your file.

4. Click on the Search Leads button and a new list will be created in the spreadsheet file for the search results.

You will get such data about leads as full name, job title, email address, location, company, industry, company headquarters, company size, LinkedIn.

Enrich the leads.

1. In the add-on, click the Enrich tab.

2. In the Enrich type dropdown menu, select the object type which you’d like to enrich (lead or company). In this example, we will use Lead.

3. In Enrich by dropdown menu, choose what you will use to enrich data:

- Leads: company name + first name + last name, or company domain+ first name + last name.

- LinkedIn URL: the lead’s LinkedIn profile URL.

4. In order to search for Leads using a combination of company name + first name + last name, or company domain+ first name + last name, match the column letter with the corresponding property in the add-on.

For the LinkedIn URL search, specify what column contains the LinkedIn URL.

- the My table has headers option helps the system ignore the column name during the search if you have headers in your file.

5. Click the Enrich Leads button. The add-on will add the columns to the current spreadsheet, such as job title, email address, location, company, industry, company headquarters, company size, LinkedIn.
You can enrich up to 100 records at a time.
