It means we do not hold this person in the GetProspect database. The extension is working. It matches the page you are on to our database, so a person we do not have shows no record.
What you see depends on your version:
- Current versions show No profile for this person with "There is no full record behind this page to open."
- Older versions show No contact found. Update the extension to get the current one.
- On a company page or website, the same case reads No company found with "There is no company record behind this website."
- On a search page, people we do not hold are left out of the panel's list.
What to do
- Search for the person in People search by name and company. We may hold them under another profile link.
- Check that you are on a supported page: a LinkedIn profile or company page, a Sales Navigator lead or company page, a search, lead list or group members page, or a company website. On other pages the panel shows Try to navigate or "The extension doesn't work on this page".
