The extension no longer looks for emails live. It recognises the page you are on, finds the matching people and companies in the GetProspect database, and shows them in a side panel. Everything you save goes to your lists in the web app.
What it reads
The extension reads the profile links and company names shown on the page you have open and sends them to GetProspect to find matching records. Names, emails and phone numbers in the panel come from our database.
Pages it supports

Not supported: LinkedIn Recruiter, Gmail and Outlook. On other LinkedIn pages, such as the feed, the panel shows Try to navigate with shortcuts to supported pages.

Because the data comes from the database, a person we do not hold shows no record. See Why the extension says "No profile for this person".

When your email credits run out, the panel shows Your workspace is out of credits with Upgrade plan. Company cards still open.

Scan mode disappeared. What does that mean for my LinkedIn account?

Does the extension still find emails that are not in your database?
No. It shows the emails we already hold and have verified. For people we do not have, try People search by name and company.
