Every new account gets the Free plan in its first workspace, with no card needed. If your workspace shows the Limited plan, see below.
The Free plan gives you:
- 50 email credits a month,
- 100 verification credits a month,
- 5 phone credits a month.
Free credits renew every 30 days from the day you signed up, not on the 1st of the month. Unused free credits do not carry over. You can see the next renewal date in the credits menu in the top bar ("Credits renew in ..."), and you can get an email when it happens with the Credits reset setting in Settings > Notifications.
The Free plan has the same features as paid plans: search, lists, the extension, enrichment, the email verifier, integrations and the API. Paid plans only add credits.
One free account per person
Each person can have one free account. Creating more accounts to collect more free credits is not allowed.
The Limited plan
Workspaces that don't qualify for the Free plan get the Limited plan instead. A Limited workspace opens on the Plans page with the note "Your workspace is on a limited plan. Choose a plan to start using GetProspect." and must buy a plan to continue.

FAQ
When do my free credits renew?
Every 30 days, counted from your sign-up date.
I signed up and have almost no credits. Why?
Your workspace is most likely on the Limited plan. Contact support through chat if you have only one account.
Someone referred me. Do I get more?
Yes. A referral gives you 100 email credits and 200 verification credits once, on top of the Free plan.
Can I use several work emails to get more free credits?
No. One free account per person.
