Sign up with your work email, the address at your company's domain (). You can also click Sign up with Google on the sign-up page and pick your work Google account. The same rules apply to both.
- Temporary (disposable) addresses are never accepted.
- Personal and school addresses may not be accepted. This covers free mailboxes such as Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com, and school domains such as .edu or .ac.uk. Use your company email.
- One account per address. If the address already has an account, sign in instead.
Messages you may see
| "Please use a valid work email." | Check the address for typos. Use a permanent address, ideally your company email. |
| "Please sign up with your work email address." | Sign up with your company email instead of a personal or school one. |
| "This email is already registered." | Click Sign in. If you forgot the password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. |
FAQ
Can I sign up with several work emails to get more free credits?
No. The free plan is one per person. Workspaces that don't qualify for the Free plan get the Limited plan and must buy a plan to continue. See Free plan, reset date and the Limited plan.
Can I change my email after I sign up?
Yes, in Settings > Account. See Change your email, password and active sessions.
