What is a credit and how to spend it

With each subscription plan, you receive a certain amount of email credits and verification credits you can use within a month. On GetProspect, email credit is a payment unit that can be spent on email/company search and data enrichment.
Verification credit is a separate payment unit that can be used for email verifications. Credits issued under your plan are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

The type of credits you are charged with depends on the feature you use.

We charge email 1 credit for each found email with a status valid. No credit will be charged for invalid, not found, and accept-all types of emails. You will not be charged again for duplicates. Learn more on how to search emails on LinkedIn.

Search in the GetProspect database

Leads search: we charge email 1 credit for each saved lead with an email with status valid. No credit will be charged for invalid, not found, and accept-all types of emails. You will not be charged again for duplicates. Learn more on how to search for leads in GetProspect database.

Companies search: we do not charge any credit for company search. Learn more on how to search for companies in GetProspect database.

Enrich data from the imported file

We charge 1 email credit for each successfully enriched contact if it was enriched with valid email address. If we were not able to enrich data for imported objects, you are not charged anything. Learn how to import object for data enrichment.

Email verification

You can upload the file with existing emails to GetProspect bulk verifier to verify them or you can use a single mail verifier if you have 20 or fewer emails to verify.

We charge 1 verification credit for each verified email address with any result status (valid, accept all, invalid). Learn how to verify the email addresses.

You can see your credit usage in the Usage section of your account. You can filter the view of used credits by time period, users, and credit type.

You can also export it in the .csv file to see the detailed history of the usage of the credit.
