Records and lists

Person

One professional in the GetProspect database: name, job title, company, location, LinkedIn profile, and an email or mobile when we have one. Search for people

Company

One organisation in the database, with facts such as industry, headcount, location, website and technologies. Saving, enriching and exporting companies is free. Search for companies

List

A named group of saved people or saved companies in your workspace. A list holds one kind only, and every save goes to a list. Lists

Saved

A person or company that is in at least one list in your workspace. All saved people and All saved companies on the Lists page show everything saved. All saved people and companies

Reveal

Showing a person's email or mobile with Reveal email or Reveal mobile. Revealing does not add the person to a list; saving does. Reveal or save?

Credits

Email credits

Spent when you reveal or save a valid email you do not own yet, enrich people from a file, or export an email you do not own yet. A not-found email is free. How credits work

Verification credits

Spent in Email verifier when you check whether an address is deliverable. Verify emails

Phone credits

Spent when you reveal a mobile number, only when a number is found. Phone credits

Owned email

An email your workspace already revealed, saved or paid for. It is free again everywhere in that workspace while the workspace is active. How credits work

Withheld email

The email of a person saved over the API after credits ran out partway. Revealing it later costs 1 email credit. The web app blocks a save you cannot pay for. Ran out of credits?

Workspace and team

Workspace

Your team's shared space: lists, credits, integrations and settings. One account can belong to several workspaces. Workspaces

Admin and member

The two roles in a workspace. Only the admin manages billing, integrations and invites, removes members, and renames or deletes the workspace. Invite your team

Search and clean-up

Duplicate Control

A filter group on People that hides people already saved, already in another list, already exported or already revealed. Duplicate Control

Blocked

Settings > Blocked holds people and companies you never want to see. They are left out of every search. Block contacts and companies

Trash

Where deleted people, companies and lists go. Restore them from Settings > Trash within 90 days. Trash

Data

Enrichment

Adding data to records you already have. Enrichment > CSV enrichment matches the rows of your file against the database and adds emails and company data. Enrich a file

Accept-all

A domain whose mail server accepts every address, so a check cannot prove that one mailbox exists. Email verifier marks these Accept-all, and a single check with that result costs no credit. Emails from the GetProspect database passed our verification, so the database does not deliver accept-all ones. Accept-all email addresses
